AOP Burgundy Chardonnay

BOLLE Chardonnay Reserve is crafted from 100% Chardonnay from one of the finest wine regions in the world.

It starts life as an AOP Burgundy Wine that is gently de-alcoholised and then re-fermented with fresh Chardonnay juice harvested in 2025 from the same region.

The result is immediately evident in the glass. Pale gold in appearance, it opens with aromas of green apple, lemon and lime, layered with white acacia flowers, subtle hazlenut and a delicate hint of spice.

On the palate, vibrant minerality and crisp acidity meet a medium-light body, balanced by a gentle roundness and a clean, medium length finish.

Best served lightly chilled.
